Welcome to AuraFlow, a platform dedicated to offering wellbeing and self-development courses. By accessing and using AuraFlow's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service.

2. Service Types

2.1 Courses and Workshops (Services)

Our wellbeing and self-development courses are designed to provide personal growth and insight. These services are scheduled and conducted as per the information provided on AuraFlow.

AuraFlow offers digital informational products such as eBooks, guides, and recorded sessions aimed at supporting your wellbeing journey.

2.3 Physical Products

We may also provide physical items related to wellbeing and self-development to enhance your experience.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds for Services

Refund requests for courses and workshops must be submitted through our contact form. Refunds are only provided if notification is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start of the service. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, customers may opt to reschedule the service at no additional cost once within 30 days of the original date.

3.2 Refunds for Digital Info Products

Due to the nature of digital products being delivered immediately and accessible upon purchase, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted. Exceptions may be considered for technical issues preventing access; in such cases, please reach out via our contact form.

3.3 Refunds for Physical Products

Physical products are eligible for returns within 14 calendar days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

3.4 No-Refund Services

Certain live events or personalized coaching sessions may be explicitly marked as non-refundable due to their bespoke and time-sensitive nature. This will be clearly communicated prior to purchase. No refunds or transfers will be issued for such services.

4. Payment and Cancellations

All payments must be completed before access to courses, products, or services is granted. AuraFlow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, customers will be notified promptly and offered alternatives or full refunds as applicable.
